I suppose I'm the only one that thinks this is a very dumb idea. Thirty years from now, talking to your grandkid: "Why do you have a giant tattoo of another man on you?" "Well, this guy had a tv show and he was really witty." "Who is he?" "Ah, you wouldn't recognize the name." "And you thought this guy was worth wearing for the rest of your life because he told jokes you liked?" "Yeah. Anyway, let's change the subject. You said you needed some advice about something. What was it?" "Nevermind."

Personally, I love tattoos. I have one, and am planning on getting many more. I love the Stephen one in this thread. And I think that if you put thought into it and realize that you wouldn't regret having Stephen's glorious face on your skin forever, then get it. I plan on getting one of hte founders of the Knights Templar on my ribs one day, and even though it isn't quite the same thing, I put thought into it and decided that this person is totally worthy of being on my body. So if this decision was well thought out, then Kudos to the artist and the person who has the ink. "Old Van Halen, when I was in it-classic Van Halen-makes you wanna drink, dance and screw, right? And the new Van Halen encourages you to drink milk, drive a Nissan and have a relationship. -David Lee Roth
