Hello Nation Members,

The recent election of new moderators got a bit out of hand, causing us to take action and temporarily lock some off-topic boards. While our Administrator's intent was correct, the manner he employed was wrong, and for that we apologize.
 
The Nation's Constitution is still in effect and will be enforced, and the off-topic boards will be unlocked shortly.
 
The Colbert Nation Administrator and Comedy Central Staff will choose all future moderators, with input and nominations from the community.
 
Please keep in mind, the intent of these boards is to provide a fun and friendly forum for all fans of Stephen Colbert and The Colbert Report.
