Awful slow transfer of video feed these days ... is it me or is it memorex?

Hey, just lately, my transfer feed of video is gosh-awful slow ... I have uninstalled and re-installed flashplayer to no avail ... I have repeated rebooted and will reboot my router too ... what else can I do to speed things back up to where they were a few days ago?? Pllleeeaasssseeeeee, thanks in advance!

It's not just you . They have found a new way to degrade the video quality & making watching clips a painful experience.
